Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We're unable to process orders to addresses outside the UK at this time.

Shipping carrier

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Shipping rates

Our shipping charges are based on your order total:

The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout, and you'll only ever pay one shipping charge per order — no matter how many items are in your basket.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Wiltshire. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail within 3–5 business days of dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the details will be included in this email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or peak periods. We will keep you informed if we become aware of any significant delay to your order.

Failed or delayed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
