DELIVERY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Please note where possible we will recycle packaging to send goods out.

Please allow 3-5 days during peak summer months to receive your order.

Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery and please note, we are
unfortunately, unable to take responsibility for any delays due
to postal service problems outside of our control.

If it looks as though there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation to the email address you provide us.

You will receive a further email notification when your order has shipped.

NOTE: If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@hydrialife.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY

Hydria Returns policy:

We understand that sometimes things happen which mean you wish to return a product. 

If you wish to return a product, simply send a message to support@hydrialife.com

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a returns
shipping label to attach to your parcel, together with instructions on
how to return your package.

Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging.

Please provide a proof of purchase with your returned item(s).

Unfortunately, any item(s) returned to us without first requesting a return label, cannot be accepted or refunded.

Return carriage on non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

There may be some instances where we are regretfully unable to
accommodate a return, or offer a full refund. For instance, we are
unable to provide a full refund for non-faulty goods that are incomplete
or have been used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

A full refund will be provided immediately following the products’ safe return and after inspection.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

You can return a faulty item for full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the
wrong item, so that we can make it right for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hydrialife.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds will be given on inspection and conclusion.

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.

Where item(s) are confirmed to be faulty, we will also pay for
your reasonable cost of returning the item(s) for replacement or
refund.

If in the event any supplementary costs are incurred by a
customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted order(s), Uni-Powa
Corporation Limited will reimburse the customer for the incurred costs.

What planter size fits hydria?

Hydria fits in any pot that has a minimum internal measurements of 30cm (12”) width and 15cm (6”) height. But don’t worry if your pot is much larger.

What type of pebbles can I use to decorate my hydria?

Please make sure that the pebbles or beads you use are not so small they fall through the decorative plate. Avoid using materials that are likely to erode under the water flow and create detritus that will damage the water pump. 

Can i control multiple fountain kits with one remote?

Yes you can. Simply pair all your Hydria units to the same remote. Please see pairing instructions for more details

Can I put plants on the decorative plate?

Do not plant on the decorative plate because detritus may damage the water pump.

How should I decorate my hydria?

Which Fountain Head Should I use?

Your hydria kit comes with 2 types of fountain head (sprinkler and cascade) and 2 extra tubes for changing the height. We recommend using the cascade head for interior use or where you have windy conditions to avoid water spraying outside the water pool. In all cases adjust the flow rate to keep water from spraying outside your water pool. 

Usage FAQ

Does hydria work in winter?

The pump is not frostproof so we recommend that the hydria is used indoors during the winter months. 

Can I use it in windy weather?

As with all fountains, cross winds will drive water away from the fountain causing water levels to drop. So ideally do not use in windy weather but if you do wish to use hydria we recommend using the Low Power setting and the cascade Head.

Can I use my hydria in salt water?

No. Your hydria should only be used in clean, fresh water.

How long will the hydria last?

If correctly maintained the hydria should give you years of service.

Can I replace individual components of my hydria?
