1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
Your Hydria product comes with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
To keep your warranty valid, please follow the supplied care, maintenance and winterisation instructions. The warranty does not cover frost or freezing damage, running the pump dry, debris blockages from lack of cleaning, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
To make a claim or register your warranty, contact us at support@hydrialife.com with your proof of purchase, date of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the fault.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from this store (operated by Troy Trading Global Limited). It does not apply to products sold by Hydrea Life Limited before its liquidation. For purchases made from a previous operator, please contact the retailer or platform you purchased from.
